TLC, the “Teens Living for Christ” Youth Group of the Church, is led by Tom and Wendy Cornett. It was created to aid our youth in learning and practicing their Christianity in the world around them.
The group meets twice a month on Sunday evenings and participates in a variety of activities to build faith and show love for one another and others. This is accomplished by writing encouragement cards, putting together food and holiday baskets, doing other good works, and studying God’s word.
We feel strongly in Christian Camping, so the leadership of the Church has designated funds to aid our young people in attending the Camp Indogan Christian Youth Camp in Angola, Indiana. The youth spend a spiritual week studying the Bible and being involved in fun activities with adults who have a strong Christian faith.
